History :

this marine monument was built by general illager in 2015 

In its time this great monument was built as an alternative base to attack the city of Kulindmar from the western ocean 

But after the illager and villager wars in Kulindmar were finished, this monument slowly began to be abandoned by general illager so that in the end this monument was taken over by drowned general

and finally in 2020 the Kulindmar government inaugurated this monument as a tourist spot in Kulindmar
